Triathlons

Who's doing which one's this year? I think it's about time to start training for the spring time tri's. I'm hopefully doing the St. George (UT) Tri this year and probably some other ones around Utah or California (Northern).

Anyone else out there run triathlons?

Doing some tris in sunny Auckland New Zealand. No matter how hard i train the swim is still a bastard!

bah, I had to work at one of those over the summer. it took place at the beach I was working at. the guy running it was really mean, an I had to be there at like 5 in the morning. I did not like it

Yeah no kidding. Luckily I've been swimming and playing water polo for a good number of years, so the swim isn't as bad for me as it is for some. But I just bought a bike, so that is my weakness.

wow,you guys do the full distance ironmans??

I've done a tinman before

i did a couple a some next year and didn't do so well i might train this year, ya, and do some harder ones

No.. not full distance Ironman.. those are longer than just regular triathlons.
