Cool...what is the race. I was up in Penticton last August for Ironman Canada ~ what a beautiful area. Triathlons rock...and are a great way to stay in shape and keep that adrenline going for the summer..if you like to race

I do triathlons and duathlons both team and individual. Last year did about 7 duathlons and 7 triathlons, was good fun. All ranging in distance but the short ones are harder to do well in coz I'm more of an endurance player than a sprinting one, it's all good though, love racing and love training, it's a great way to vent some rage.

My school had one but it was a joke, Like bike 10 miles, swim 20 laps and run 3 miles. I won it at our school. The 2nd place person was about 10 minutes behind. I run track and would like to do a REAL triathlon!

haha.. middle of nowhere. and this 'triathalon' um consists of 12 laps in the town pool,, a 15 k bike ride, and a 5 k run... should be ok i guess.. im gonna die........
