Tremblant telus spin 08

does anyone know if theres gonna be a slopestyle type competition for guys older than 16 for the telus spin comp in tremblant at the end of march? i checked the site and they only seem to have the jib academy and some girls slopestyle competition.

I don't think they've ever had a slope style at the spin? have they?

They usually only have the big air, in teams of four. 2 skiers 2 snowboarders

Two years ago it was a spine, last year it was a trailer jam, there were three take offs, one going to the top of an 18 wheeler trailer and the other two were jumps on either side.

It looks like its the "coca cola big air" they've got lined up for march 28-29th

It doesn't look like they've got any details up on it yet but I did the johannsen big air comp at tremblant a few weeks ago where they built the jump perpendicular to the runs so the crowd could see the take off and the landing and they told me they were testing it out to possibly use that setup for the spin big air.

I think it would be a pretty lame setup unless they had 2 jumps going perpendicular and opposite to each other, that would be pretty sick
