Tremblant Formal

Alright so I'm currently in charge of planning my clubs formal date part (from Syracuse) naturally we thought Canada, being a skier I thought big ski resort with a lot of night life and other shit going on. Now lots of us ski however there will be a good amount of people who don't or at least only want to go for like a half day.

My question is would Tremblant be a good place to do it? Is there enough going on in the village or surrounding the village to keep the no skiers active and happy?

Also how is the night life in the village? Does it get crazy enough for 100 or so college kids to be running around or is it more family based?

Thanks for any answers or any recommendations for somewhere else to take this thing haah.

P.S. It would be a weekend trip in April

Answer to all questions is Yes. Partying in Temblant is fun, the skiing is mediocre at best but still enjoyable (Extremely over hyped, over priced and busy).

Also non-skiers will easily be entertained, their is swimming pools, hot tubs, movie theater, and i believe they have tubeing as well.

From everything I've heard it's over hyped/priced. The skiing can be pretty meh. That said they always have college parties up there so I think they're used to that shit.

Not sure if it's just for the college week or whatever but heard all the bars are over priced as fuck to. Probably because people come up from 'Murica who are under 21 and will gladly drop $20 on a cover to get into a totally normal not even anything special bar.

Just get a hotel in Mexico NY. That's only an hour from you if even. The school can't do anything because you're in mexico. Eat buritos and drink tequilla corona or whatever and have a blast.

Emphasis on this, prepare for ridiculous amounts of ice and cold temperatures, although if you're going in april I guess it wouldn't be as bad as mid winter.

Yeah hoping it will be nice slushy warm conditions. Although its pretty far out there, they are planning to do their pond skim the 15th of april.

Not so much worried about the skiing as just the village which I get the gist is fun but super fucking expensive..
