ive been counting the years that theed was ahead of his time, haha im still counting.

if skiing went in this direction it would be so much better, we dont even have equiptment made for this type of park skiing yet. flexible skis and boots for butters and presses would be the shit, instead we keep getting race designed boots and skis that can make g turns. ill just keep dreaming

Plenty of people skiing went this direction and there are plenty of soft buttery skis.
 
I can't believe i missed this, are you serious? There are tons of soft skis and soft boots and plenty of jib specific skis and boots, i think you should have stopped counting like 3 years ago...
 
Theed was an innovator and style genius. Unfortunately he was too much of a hoodrat d-bag with zero actual skiing ability to make anything of it so he retired to the tubing hill.

If he had signed up for a perfect turn clinic and maybe pursued a high school level of education he'd probably be in b-dog's shoes right now.
 
It's too bad imho. I actually liked Heed's lazy style. Everything he did looked like he wasn't even trying.

 
probably because he wasnt. if he wasnt trying to look like a big erection the whole time he should probably throw down some pretty technical rail tricks. has any one seen the movie right by sic films that came out like 4-5 years ago? his segment in that was sick but his style is just a little to forced and boner imho

Wow never thought I'd see another T-Heed thread. Never really got what all the hype was. Some of his tricks were super steezy, I'll give him that, but overall it looked like he was trying REALLY hard to look like he wasn't trying hard.
On another note, I think I may try to dig up my copy of Wicked later. That movie got me so stoked on skiing back in the day.
 
Well actually no. Alot of newschoolers threads are about expressing and telling your opinion. The OP pretty much asked for our opinion on whether he was an 'OG' or not and I gave my opinion about him. But because it doesn't agree with general consensus of NS I am told not to express it?
 
i cant find it. the movie was called Right it was by a company called Sic Films. Richie Paradise was also in it. All and all the movie kinda sucked it was basically all urban but his forced boner style really stuck out which i guess is a good thing
 
I will agree with that, I was shitty and tired and expressed my opinion in completely bullshit way and I apologize about that. But you telling me to keep my opinion to myself in a completely opinionated thread is just as bullshit. YOu dont have to force your opinion upon others, no one is forcing you to like something. its completely fine if you dont like the way he dresses/skis. No one is telling you to not give your opinion they are telling not do it like a dick.
