Hey, so i just moved into Ottawa University and I'm looking to ski at Edelwiess. I read through all of these threads and found that they have the best park which is what i enjoy skiing the most. I was just curious as to whether or not they have shuttles or buses from somewhere in Ottawa out to the hill because a taxi will be too expensive. Any help is appreciated because i need to rip and its better to sort this shit out early on. thanks
 
there's this thing called Orleans Teen Ski Club. it happens every saturday. if you want to be a member you have to be under 18. if you are older than 18, you can be a supervisor : basically you put on an arm band and ski around anywhere on the hill, and you have to take a 1 hour break at one point in the chalet so that there is one of the supervisors inside at all times, and if you do that you get to ski for free! the website from last year is www.otsc.ca and you can see all the trips to the local hills there. i think we hit up eidleweiss more this year cause vorlage is being cut out because its the shittiest hill around here. pm me if you have questions
 
if you like park you should definitely check out Tremblant and Avila too. Its a bit longer drive but definitely worth it.

Carleton University runs a couple buses up to Tremblant every Sunday. Go on Facebook and search CU ski and snowboard and you can find all the details there.
