I want them to be done filming Transformers 3. They keep closing off my street. It's annoying.

Wow Paramount and Bay are fucking retards, their ticket sales are going to drop so much because of this. Especially after how bad the second film was.

At the moment, my street is over taken by Top Chef. Every time I walk by, I ask for food... they keep telling me no. But they at least don't close the street... just block it every few minutes with big catering trucks.
 
apparently shia lebuff hated transformers 2 and promises the third will be the best. i'm stoked because the decepticons will be going after all the humans.... total destruction.

It sounds like you live in a really annoying neighborhood. If people were invading my neighborhood like that, I would annoy the shit out of them.
 
to an extent. I live on the edge of downtown. All the buildings are around 100 years old and they turned them all into loft buildings. Cause they aren't luxury lofts or new, pretty much all of them go for around $1 a sq foot. The luxury lofts charge around $2 a sq foot and have things like air conditioning...
But yeah, really annoying in the summer when everyone is filming. Apparently I live across from some super famous graffiti so people film rap videos in front of it all the time. That's probably the worst part. Transformers 3 has nothing on the horrible rap music that blares outside the windows...

Back to the transformers bit. 2 wasn't that bad.... it just wasn't as good as the first, leaving us all feeling let down.

Isn't anyone else excited for this? Dropping a shitty actress to focus more on story and character building. That's a great idea. I watch movies for story, I watch porn for bewbz.

i admit i will miss her stunning good looks throughout the film. The scene that first pops into mind whenever i think of transformers 2 is her on the motorcycle but as long as they get another highly attractive actress (there are definitely plenty of them) in there i'll be content
 
Neither movie was fantastic story-wise. But I loved both of them. Why?

1) Giant robots kicking the shit out of each other;

2) An absurdly hot female actor prancing around throughout.

What more could a guy ask for in mindless movie? The only way Michael Bay can avoid losing 1/2 of the appeal in this movie is by casting Scarlett Johansson (Iron Man 2 anyone? FANTASTIC). But that will never happen. Such a shame.
 
Good riddance. She was hot, but she was also a TERRIBLE actress and beyond full of herself. Everyone should be happy. Her "real" acting career is over, so she will be turning to porn anytime now.

Porn is a much better place for her than real movies anyways.

Transformers was garbage. A steaming pile of plot holes, terrible acting, and shaky overdone camera work. It truly is what is wrong with cinema and in a broader sense American society. May god have mercy on your melted excuse for a brain if you found these movies tolerable.

That being said, in the words of Megan Fox "Transformers is what it is, just fucking enjoy it."
 
She is such a stuck up bitch. The only place left for her in the film industry is bent over a couch getting her ass impaled.

I thought it was fairly obvious that either she would be dropped from the third movie or she would die a slow, painful and embarrassing death in the movie. This is due to the several times that she rubbished Bay in interviews. Hot tip: don't bad mouth the director who made you famous. Especially if you lack general acting skills.

Hopefully the hottie from Home and Away who was the scorpion monster thinngie in the last one makes another appearance!
 
yes transformers will truly miss the absolute horse shit acting of megan fox.

the first transformers rocked and everyone let michael bay slide with it

then the second one came and bam...everyone found out how bad the acting was how bad the directing was and everything else.

only positive to happen to transformers is the cgi people.

I think most movies are entertaining, which is their primary goal. I also think people need to just sit back and enjoy rather than nitpick at everything little thing they see wrong with movies. Maybe its just that i like a lot of movies and it doesn't have to be perfect for me to enjoy it. I especially like movies with giant robots fighting and an extremely sexy woman in it.
 
dude, it was entertaining. you don't go to a micheal bay film to think or be intrigued. you're just as stupid to criticize such an obvious senseless, fun film, as those to think its an amazing movie.
 
I am all for movies being entertaining, especially if they never attempt to be anything but entertaining. The problem I have is that movie studios will spend half a billion dollars to create a movie based on a script that a ten year old could pick apart. I do try to just enjoy movies, but sometimes I just cant.

Transformers was just terrible. I was wincing at every scene that something wasn't blowing up. The acting was painful, I mean it literally hurt to watch.

Every time this hot garbage was on the screen I died a little inside.

There we so many basic plot holes that it ruined the movie. The voice overs for the animated characters were silly and childish and mildly racist. Megan Fox was hot in a desperate crack head kind of way.

So how does a piece of shit movie relate to the decline of American culture?

Let me ask you this, when is the last time you saw an original movie? Probably a long fucking time. Hollywood use to be the source of creativity and controversial films, now it is where creativity goes to die or get mutilated into a "summer blockbuster"

The quality of intelligent, well thought out story line is an analog to the idea that Americans can no longer process complex thought. We want to be told what to do, told what to think, told what to buy controlled in every aspect of our lives. We don't want to question content and would rater be satisfied with a bunch of bright lights and loud noises.

That is why I hate movies like Transformers, Spiderman 2-4 or whatever the fuck they are on, Avatar, any other over budgeted, over done movie that has no original thought. It insults your intelligence.

i give cameron credit, story may not have been original, but cinematography-speaking, it was groundbreaking.

but seriously, transformers sucks. its not a movie thats just entertaining, its a movie thats just BAD. i mean when the first thing you see on there in the opening credits is a logo for a TOY COMPANY, you know what they are after a couple billion on movie sales, and then a couple billion more getting kids to buy little plastic pieces of junk.
