Transferring music from Ipod into a new mac....help.

Ok so i got an Itouch for christmas, all of my music in my library is on a windows that is slowly dying and i want my music on our new macbook. My older Classic has all the songs i want from the older library, but i want to transfer them to our newer Itunes library on our mac without Itunes wiping my ipod clean. Anyone know of any free programs that will transfer my ipod music into a new itunes library?

Well I just clicked and dragged all the music onto my new computer.. it was pretty simple.

Great just fucking great, I plugged it into my mac and an error message came up and said that my ipod is corrupted and wouldnt connect, it then said to restore, and it wont let me restore my ipod. WTF
Fuck you for making a shitty product apple.

Mate use Tansee Ipod Transfer,download an old version of it and go onto a serial crack website and a serial key for it.Transfer the music from the pod to you mac into a folder then drag the songs from the folder into the itunes library.
