transfering vid

i have a vid i want to put on vhs from premier, so i ecport to video, then its on my camera, then i play it on my tv and record it, but when it records it records the batterry life, the 16 bit sound on the top left thing, how do i make it so it records just the vid, not the info on the cam too???

you need to adjust the display settings on your camera when you play it from the camera to your VCR.
