Transfer videos from PC to phone

Looking for better ways to transfer videos back and forth between my computer and phone. I have been using dropbox but my storage capacity just filled up so I can't transfer any more files, what program do you guys use?

You can cycle things in and out of your dropbox once you've saved it to your camera roll.

I use dropbox or airdrop. 100gb of google drive space is like $3/month or something cheap

Thanks for the piece of advice. For 3 bucks is pretty decent
