there is a gymnastics place on the west end of edmonton that has drop in hours on tuesday and thursday. its like $5 and they have a tramp and a big foam pit that you jummp off the tramp into and no matter how you land it doesn't hurt. its really fun. I think its called capital city gymnastics or something. its fun, and there are cheerleaders there

you can hurt yourself in the foam pit, i was trying triple fronts a capital city and i went in head first and it hurt like a bitch

yeah, they are moving the mount roayl gymnastics club there, i think thgats what its called, it that new big building to the west of the park, where do u go fer 2 bux to bounce?

one time... at capital city... I was trying a big flat spin 7 and I kinda threw my body off to the side a bit. I tried to land in the foam pit but I missed. It sucked. I landed shin first on the parallel bars and I still have the scar to prove it. and my friend was trying a lincon loop 180 and landed back first on the side of the tramp just past the springs. Our worst wip outs of the ski season were on tramponlines!

if you are on the south side of teh city there is drop in at phenix wednesday nights. no foam pits, but they have 7 tramps, and 4 mini tramps onto big soft mats. capital city was fun too. though I havn't been there in a while.

there was one of the gymnastical guys at capital city and he touched the pipe on the roof! for anyone who's been there thats pretty damn high. How high do you think that is? like 20 ft maybe? just a guess. it was crazy high though.

yea the core crew is known as the steeze boyz, but we collaborated with some other ghetto fabulous gangstars to produce that single
