Tramps and Corks

Is it easier to do less inverted corks on a bouncier trampoline? I have a shitty trampoline and can't bounce all that high. My corks, or any trick for that matter, are always more inverted than I like. Do you guys think this is because I'm just not all that good at corks yet or is it just easier to throw more mellow corks on a bouncier tramp?
