.Midwest Member Dec 29, 2010 #4 I've heard crossing spring is bad for your tramp, but that's just a rumor. Proceed with caution. Also, try going to a gymnastics facility nearby. They have a BUNCH of sweet stuff. Bouncy tramps, foam pits, etc.
