Trampoline cork 7 help

So I can do any off axis flip pretty easy...... minus cork. For some reason I just have no clue what I'm doing and just flop my body backwards (it's pretty funny). I can rodeo and backflip just fine. Any tips on how to get a feel for them?

I find I jump like a backflip but bring my arms to one side as I pop, and then grab my knees. This is just for learning, after you get the hang of it you can make it less flippy.

I'll give that a shot

Right before you jump on ur way down put ur arms to the side so it's easier to rotate. Then as u bounce up throw you arms diagonally up to whatever direction u feel comfortable spinning. Then once you've turned the first 180 tuck ur body and he rotation should come fairly natural. Try to focus on looking over your shoulder and wait til u spot the landing.hope this helps!

This video is how i learnt (didn't look at anything else), just went through all the steps until they were on lock then threw a few with a mat down. I'm kinda old for this so it took me quite a few sessions to get there/the confidence to go for a proper one.

This video helped me learn it, you gotta just keep trying it to get it

I had your same problem for like 3 months. You will get it with time, I learned it accidentally by trying to throw back fulls but throwing it more to the side. It's all about the grind.
