whats the deal with trampin in ottawa, i know there was a post on here before but it kinda died and i wanted some info. the previous post said every wednesday at spring action, is this still true? if so what times? what is cost? and do you need to fill out any forms (for safety health reasons) thanks in advance.

i might be going out this wednesday if i can pull my self into public at all i got my hair cut today and the lady toally butchered my hair.

 
yeah there was an ill gap session for pretty much all of last week on wednesday so im pretty sure wednesday owns your tuesday ass...

you pay 12 bucks, and you can have a trampoline to yourself.. or do you have to wait in line depending on how busy it is? anyone to instruct you?

 
well most of the time you have the trampoline to yourself... and yeah a guy there teaches you whatever you wanna know really...
