Hey guys, my parents are super oldschool, and are land lords (Own apartment complex) so they know their shit when it comes to being sued. anyway they finally let me buy a trampoline because they are super scared some neighbor kid will jump on it when we aren't home and break their neck or something.

Anyway, just need help on my cork 7. It was my first time watching myself on film, and I seem pretty close. What can I do to stick the landing? It usually feels like i'm sending myself into a dub as I slam on my side. These tries were from one of my better sessions. Any help would be awesome thanks.

pretty close, but try to jump higher and spot your landing.

As you can see your head is looking over your shoulder 99% of the trick, and that's why you keep over rotating.

But practice, and you'll get it.

this.... you are hucking super hard without spotting your landing. Just practice patience and spot that landing then boom you are set.

seems to me that youre tucking too late in the rotation, sending you past cork 7. focus on the spin more than the flip.

punch the midget!

Where did you get that trampoline?

Also cool, my dad runs a construction company and sometimes he lets me drive the trucks around at work.

dont tuck so late, you've enough height to do it even with out tucking, It took me a little while to learn them properly but what i find helps is focusing more on the spin and less on trying to get it off axis

stop grabbing your left leg. the reason you overrotate is because the force from your arm going to grab your left is making you spin more than you want to. youll land it so quick without the leg grab
