who runs track or jumps or throws..im throw discus..sometimes high jump long jump and i run a few relays sometimes...today the varsity team is going to sectionals and our best high jumper who always wins..he has the school record of 6'5 and is totally crazy..got in a fight today...now he cant go to sectionals to hold the title of reigning sectional champions..yay..

we just went to sectionals last night, i missed placing in shot by 1/4 inch...we won our conference but the schools at sections dominated us...i do all the other throwing events too, as well as alternate for the 4x1...

i run distance, the 800 and 1600. i'm not on varsity yet, probably will be next year. our 4x800 team is crazy, they won state with a 7:51, it was fast, really fast.

i got the school record for the 3200 meter with 10:20, not that great compared to some other runners ive seen though

10:20? thats good, but not record material...we have the ontario 3000m champ in our prelim meet and he runs it in like 8:30, this is for 16 year olds...as well, this guy in gr 13 at my school comes second in ontario in high jump, he jumps 2.05 m, he also kills it in long and triple, i think his long jumps are like 6.60m and his triple jumps are like 13.5m.

while i'm not very good, there are a few really good kids on my team.

These are the times of one kid on my team:

400m - 49.2

600m - 1:21.09 (national record sometime this year)

800m - 1:53.7 (Ran at Penn in DMR, he was also on the 4x800 which held the national record for a little in 7:50.36)

High Jump - 6'8.25

We also have a 4:19 miler, a 15'6 pole vaulter,

a 1:54 800 runner, and another kid who runs 10.98 for 100m and 22.79 220m.

yeh my season just finished wednesday, I couldn't qualify for my regionals...my beast time in 100m is 12sec. flat

my best friend does 100 meter hurdles in like 11.3 or something..he crazy..i also go to the smallest school in the foothills division..and we're ranked #2 behind the biggest school whos first..thats not bad

my sister does track. she kicks ass too. at her last meet she won the 4x100 relay. 2nd in hurtles. 1st in javelin after 1 day of practising ever, and 3rd in 100m. I think. I don't remember anymore. she is in too many
