Towns in a state of emergency

So on the way to school today my bus drove through an area that had about a foot of water covering the road at some spots. Its been raining hard for the past two days, and it doesn't look like the rains going to stop any time soon. Two bridges in the town are closed, and some houses are flooding.

Since iv lived here we've never had this happen, one feild right by the river floods every year but thats a good 4 ft bellow all the roads. I have to cross the bridges and a bunch of the closed roads to get home.. kinda getting worried.

anyways, anyone else getting crazy weather right now? oh and its raining on my hill.. not cool

Thats gnarly. Nanaimo has been getting lots of rain but no flooding. Nothing abnormal really.

Not trying to be a dick, but get used it. Its supposed to be pouring for a while. The weather channel this morning said you guys are getting like 80-200 mm of rain. soon enough it will be snow..

getting out of school at 2. guess thats something I can be kinda happy about.. i just want it to turn into snow already haha
