Gave a presentation in my Syracuse University public speaking class last thursday on steeze. hahaha the teacher doesn't ski so she really had no idea what was going on. Along with the rest of the class... and don't call me out on some of my descriptions of ski terms being wrong, I was mostly just bullshitting on the spot because I hadn't practiced once and because I knew the teacher wouldn't call me out on anything.

Video isn't really 10 min long, ends around 6:30.

I hate people like you on presentation days. Find something even REMOTELY relevant and make a decent presentation.

and it was supposed to be an informational presentation... most kids did it on computer hardware or software.

Haha this presentation was awesome and the tie only added to it. When you started the video everyone must have been like "what the hell"?
 
56 seconds I just lost it. When you panned out to show what steeze was there was just a cough in the audience. Everyone was definitely like wtf that's not skiing and probably thought they were wearing dresses. I thought that was hilarious idk why everyone in this thread is taking that presentation so seriously. I give you props for being ballsy enough to make everyone in your class think you're a dimbo just to make us people on NS have a chuckle. Good job and I haven't even watched the rest of it.
 
I always wonder what it is like to see skiing from a non-skier's point of view..Do they look at a cork 7 blunt and assume it's easy?
 
Sorry for the quick post again but I just watched the rest and I must say great video to present and the teacher or what ever that asks you the question about the "outfits" I fucking died hahaha "why do they have coats that look like a dress?" God damn that was perfect.
 
I, for one, thought this video was fucking hilarious because no one had a clue what steeze is and I'm pretty sure the teacher knew it was a joke. Also, I loved how you showed E-Dollo's Welcome Back edit and the kids started nodding their heads to the song
 
im sorry but that was a god awful presentation. Topic aside, Your delivery and the way you went about the topic made me cringe.
 
Good presentation, hope the tie is worn as a joke, go Cuse.

PS- I have heard rumblings that SU has changed for the worse and gotten all academic in the last few years and noone goes out anymore (my buddies said Chucks was empty at happy hour on a friday last Spring.) Shame on you if you are contributing to this.
