Use adobe photoshop if you can afford it. Then you can download a ski template pic off the Internet and put your custom graphics on it with help from a few YouTube tutorials.
I’ve always done them in adobe programs and I couldn’t see any reason not to use them. You could still probably find the cracked software out on a sketchy website if you’re into that.
