top rated videos.

videos should have a top rated section jsut like photos. but to do this the automatic 7 rating should be taken off because alot of the time people leave a message without thinking of the rating. you should have to choose to rate a vid or not. this way the top rated videos would be more accurate.

I concur. You shouldn't have to give a video a rating, cause what if you want to leave a comment in your own video but you dont wanna rate it.
