Some kid at whole foods told me I don't even need to use toothpaste to brush my teeth as long as I eat nothing but fruit for the rest of my life. Looks like I'm savin' $2.79 every few months. Suck it, crest.

No-one uses Dr.Bronners for everything? You CAN brush yo teeth with it. Sometimes when im feeling down I get the kids cinnamon toothpaste also.

I use any toothpaste that's available really, like currently I use sensodyne but i used to use Green Beaver toothpaste. If the dentist gives me a tube I'll use that. I don't think it really matters as long as your teeth are clean. Charcoal is nice too.

I've been told that toothpaste should be regularly switched. Basically, since most toothpastes have specific properties in addition to basic cleaning (such as gum health, whitening, etc.) you should regularly switch so your teeth get to be exposed to all that good stuff and not just one active ingredient for your entire life.
I think it makes good sense, so I regularly switch brands and types.
