anyone know anything about this place

i have a buddy who is looking at going there and he would like some first hand info. It would be great if you guys could help him out for me.

it's in kamloops. um, i spend a day in kamloops over the summer and from my (and other peoples) experience there are an abundant amount of hot chicks all over town.

as for the school - no idea.. it's dry and warm, sweet lake, awsome dirt biking. i guess sun peaks is kinda cool.

Hey i go to TRU, its actually a really good school, just got full university status last year. Very laid back campus. Class sizes are small so you get to know your proffesors which is really nice. Everyone partys a lot, always excuses to go out drinking. What program are you looking at taking? for everyone that hasent heard of TRU check out the website www.tru.ca its bigger than you may think. HAve any questions about it just pm me

My bro goes there and we live in Kamloops. He likes it, and a bunch of our friends go there. If you like the slightly smaller campus (in relation to UBC etc) it's nice. Pretty concentrated nice facilities, great teachers.

I personally am picking to go to UBC but I want to get out of town into a large city, live in residence, and be a part of a huge campus.

I think the courses are modelled after SFU, so not bad.

I did a distance ed course through tru, seemed fine.
