Tom Wallisch's style

If I wanted to watch some limpy mitten dangler Id watch an old Keegan Valaika part. At least that dude has his own style. Skiers should stop copying snowboarders. At least Gus or better yet, Phil and Henrik stick to their roots and act like the rollerbladers that they are.

He isn't a rollerblader, he's a snowboarder lol. Maybe you'll realize after watching this 2+ year old video that P-Whites style aint nothin special.
 
I read what you wrote, and you were incorrect.

Again neat video, but wrong once again.

Parker is very very good at skateboarding.

His skating style directly translates into his skiing style.

In today's crop of pro's Parker's style is in fact something special.

 
But you thought that I implied Parker skied like a rollerblader, meaning you read my post wrong and in which case you were incorrect because I never implied that he did.

I implied that he was influenced by snowboarders, which you couldn't prove incorrect ever.

His being a good skateboarder only proves that he is aware of styles involved in skateboarding and snowboarding, which makes more evident it's influence on his style.

Parker didn't come up with his style out of the blue. He (as is everyone else in the world) was influenced by things around him.

In today's crop of pro's, Parkers style most closely resembles that of snowboarders.

For those of us that have been watching snowboarding for a long period of time recognize this more easily.

For this reason, Parkers style is only cute to the ski world and it's nice little fans like you.
 
omg lets continue to post pics, gifs, and videos of him doing tricks that are so totally serious and meant to be taken as an accurate representation of his style. then lets beat off to each other beating off to how much of a sell out tammy whalefish is
 
god you sound so douchey.....and conceited. i of course have to get involved in the p-white discussion. i think his style is awesome and interesting because its different from all the other skiers, if this is where it gets "snowboardy" for you then whatver. either way you slice it, he a an amazing skier. at least he is in my opinion

I know that parkers style resembles that of a snowboarder/skateboarder. That's why i like his style so much. Same with Clayton

 
wait then what does the rollerblader comment even mean then? we are the rollerbladers of winter sports. if you refute that, you're a dumbass. and skiing takes tons of shit from skateboarding and snowboarding so i fail to see how being influenced by them is something to act condescending towards
 
I'm fine with guys saying "i prefer P-white, I prefer Gus because..." OK, there's no problem with people preferring this pro rather than an other. But how the hell can you say T.Wall has lost style, I even saw threads saying he hasn't got style, I mean c'on, kids saying shit like this want to sound grown up assuming they can judge one the best style in the game ?And I actually hope T.wall is gonna be challenged by other great skiers because that's how the sport evolves, T.Wall arrived at a time when style had to be renewed, he made it, he's influenced SO MANY EDITS, you just can't imagine !

Anyone here who thinks Wallsich is losing his step, style, or any sort of negative opinion on his park game needs to take a big step back and go home. Like you are entitled to your opinion and what not, but if you think anything of what I just said you are a fucking idiot.

Fact: He is the best all around PARK skier. He rapes comps, urban, filming. I don't think we will ever seen again another Tom Wallisch. He literally does it all.
 
It might be hard for you to see, but, for those of us following skiing for the past few hundred years, snowboarding is a cute little preteen moustache. /patronizing
 
Yes, P White flails so much, it's gross. He can't even do a good sw dub 10 blunt without rolling down the windows at least 10 or 11 times, you're totally right. Besides Parker can't even do a real triple, he can't be considered a real skier.
 
exactly. you cant even call yourself a pro anymore if you can't triple. i cant wait until we move on to quads. i live for the extra 180, the extra flip
