from what it sounds like, your could not be more wrong. he was high and driving so fast that that girl could not keep up with him. sure the 16 year old may have swerved a little while on the phone, but the fact the there was a high driver excessively speeding head on with this kid is inexcusable. if he was going the speed limit, neither might have died. hes not as innocent as he may sound
and to the poster: im sorry man, i know what it feels like. last year my friend died 4 days before his 16th birthday because he was sitting in the back seat of a speeding car with no seatbelt on. and the year before that, my friends brother died in nyc by hitting a cement divider. its not a fun experience at all, but i do agree with d-loc. these are 2000 pound weapons that kids are driving, and they need to get it in their head that they need to be more careful when behind the wheel. but im still sorry for your loss
