Does anyone else think that this guy is sick. He is not only a sick jibber but an awsome big mountain skier. His section in Parental Advisory is sick and He was the first person to do a d-spin 1080, not nick mercon according to freeze.

he does nice switch back halfs (i hate that name) call it a switch back 180, or a switch flare. flair to front is sweet when he gets it right and doesnt land on the deck and slam his knee into his face

Candide never has landed a d-spin 1080. Toben landed one in this years x-games. He said he was pissed they didnt show it on TV

Yes, candide landed a d-spin 1080 at the gravity game, he did it and finidhed second behind moseley with a dinner roll 1080.

sorry, candide got first with the d-spin 1080 and johnny was 2 with a dinner roll 900Unlike the night before nobody stacked it in. The biggest scare came on Moseley's first jump when in midflight one of his skies came off. Moseley however grouped himself in the air and landed one-footed with a small butt check. The judging was based on the best of three jumps, so the skiers had nothing to lose, theu could go all out and try new tricks. In the end the competition came down to the top three qualifiers final jumps. Mosesley would be the first to attempt his third jump, sticking a sweet Dinner Roll 900 tweeked mute. Next, Candide would launch and pull a D spin 1080. This was the trick that would win the championship. Evan had one last chance but his D-spin Illegal Grab was not enough to take the lead over the flyin' Frenchy. So with that Candide took 1st place with Moseley moving into second with the Dinner Role 900, which was the first time that had been pulled in any competition. Raps ended in third and JP Auclair finished in 4th.

anyway.... Toben is the shit!I skied the Kneissel(spelling) skis at a demo, just cuz he does, and I loved them! Has anyone tried these out?

Toben doenst ride kneisel anymore. He rides nordica. He told me he thought he was the 1st but he wasnt sure. Its not that big a deal.

Toben is a cool guy. I got a chance to talk to him at Snow Jam. The Venus Fly Trap is such a sick trick. I saw him throw three of them in Van. His wife was also there and she is so amazingly hot.

I have the gravity gfames vid it was like $7 and i was just watching it and it doesnt look like a dspin 1080 it could be casue i bad at watching tricks but it doesnt look like he rotates that much.
