I was there this winter when he made a one day seminar for young skiers at Gastein/Austria before Redbull Playstreets.
And I saw how passionated he was while explaining and talking about skiing.
He rode the lift with the kids and he was really down to earth and friendly.
I couldn't see any distance between him and "his roots" there, just because he is driving a lambo and selling high quality, high price goggles, he doesn't forget about his roots and the people that look up to him.
I also wrote him a mail with a question once, and astonishingly it got answered 1hour later in a very friendly and helpful way.
Dont hate, he is one of the greatest gifts for the sport at the moment.
