the problem is that it seems caffeine has stopped giving me a buzz. I could drink a pot of the stuff and I would still be passing out. It does taste delish though
i hate mornings with a passion. but i feel like waking up at 1 every day i get absolutely NOTHING done. so i try and wake up at around 9-10 whether i work or not.
does anyone else feel tired all day if they sleep in? i always do. like i could sleep 12 hours and still be tired if i wake up late. but if i wake up early like 9-10 i'm rejuvenated for the rest of the day. it's weird.
i have a friend who works out every morning as soon as she get up (around 8 or so). even in the summer she cant sleep in past 8 or 9, its crazy, i almost wish i could do that
