why are so few people in big air?

is it like snowboard and skier combined?

or do the rest qualify from slope?
 
i hope they add a whole whack of skiers to the roster after slopestyle, many many guys who could win aren't on the list.
 
not to bash on tim but he dosnt quite have the big air results background to be invited..

oh my mistake, i thought tj was in slopestyle too. Then tim would replace him because i thought he was the first replacement
 
I wish it could be Rainville or Vanular or Tom or Ahmet or Favre or someone who could throw down in a styley way. Im sick of seeing doubles win everything whether or not they are baller or not.
 
i thought PK was invited in the first place.. guess i was wrong then. But it's weird they're not giving the spot to the last winner of JOI.
 
can anyone who actually KNOWS confirm the format of X big air? i mean a contest with 4 athletes seems pretty rediculous and if dumont definately got tj's spot then what on earth was the selection criteria?

i mean jon and tj would be a given and probably gagnier as well but jacob and dumont? i can think of a whole load of athletes that would likely prevail over those two...

i mean i'm not saying these guys are necessarily better than dumont and/or jacob at big air but i'm just curious as to how the selections were made as there doesn't seem to be any obvious criteria...
 
wtf!! PK deserves that spot!!!! im sorry but i think he would be much better and entertaining than simon, dont get me wrong simon is amazing at big air but pk has much better style and a wider variety of tricks
 
this may be a dumb question but... are they seriously having a mono skier cross event??? under the different categories there is a "mono skier cross" that would be so crazy to watch haha
 
vanular's out of the X games this year aparently hes taking er easy with his knee

at least thats what boronowski told me
 
i dont get why pk wasnt in it to begin with???? hes amazing. they should give the fans a vote like in allstar games as like 50% of true vote
