you want to have a lower stance that is over the center of you ski with an even weight distribution. keep your legs hip width apart. when going into a turn push the ski and turn by rotating your thighs.
i doubt that made any sense but this PSIA examiner came by our mountain to train the staff and by the end of that day I was carving nicely and skiing better than i ever did. you know you are doing it right when at the end of one turn you have this energy that puts you in the air slightly
