tips on 270 off/on

270 off is a bit easier on a sloped rail(aka, rail that makes you go faster) and if u screw up, it wont hurt so much. Dude, you have to be very good at controllin spins, and on rails. So practice like a mofo.

for 270 offs, it is much easier to do a unatty 270 off to fakie, if you slide right foot forward, because that way you can spot your landing the whole time, and you can just float off the rail, and there stylie as shit... if your going left foot forward its way easier cause you can spin your natural way and land with the landing in your vision the whole time...

for 270 ons, the best thing to do is try em on boxes and small rails first because nutting can happen really fast when your just learning... or you can do em disaster on small single kinks just airing 360's over the whole, thing, then slowing it down.... but what you want to do FIRST AND foremost, is make sure your watching the whole rail as your doing your spin on, never lose sight of that mother.... when you spin always have your eyes on it...

as you approach the rail, have you body (not feet) already a little bit initiated to the spin, so alittle torqued to the side, it looks rad and it helps alot, just make sure you spot, and land on the rail very centred and balanced..

hope she helps

Do it a whole bunch of times, and never give up. Best advice you'll hear.

But anyway... listen to the guy above me. And for 270s off, get comfortable sliding the rail, then when you slide it good and solid, look at the end of the rail and picture the spin. It helps to set your body slightly at an angle, so as you slide off the end of the rail you're already starting to spin... but don't concentrate on this too much, or you'll turn early and nut yourself. Just ride out the rail, and at the end spin whichever direction leads off the rail (i.e., if you grind left foot forward, spin to the left, and vice versa). Once you get used to it, it's just a little twist off the rail, not too hard at all. After that, you can try spinning 270 off the other way, i.e. back in towards the rail. Requires a bit more thought and a bit more speed.

For 270 on... not much advice I can give you for that, 'cause I can't do em... yet.
