Tips for Val Thorens/3 Valleys?

I'm heading out to Val Thorens for just over a week at the end of January. I know the park in Val T is meant to be crazy, but does anyone else have any other recommendations on where to ski throughout the 3 valleys.

Any tips on where to go out at night would be good as well.

Le Malaysia is a sick club, totally underground and to get there you go into a pretty much unassuming shed on the slopes then once inside there are steps down to the actually club. It's a series of cellar styled caverns and it's huge inside. My mate worked the door there last season.

If there's good snow head to the trees in meribel, If it's windy/been windy then Val T isn't great as it's so exposed so head elsewhere. But the park is sick, also the moon park is nice, lots of smaller jib features. Skiing under the mont vallon lift is fun, as long as there is plenty so snow - you will have to cross a stream at the bottom though. Also round the back of mont vallon there is a nice fast red that snakes down with some nice side country and jibs. It's also usual not that busy up there.

Thanks, is the Moon Park the one in Meribel? Praying that it starts snowing within the next couple of weeks, check today and it's about 14*/C.

Skiing aside,

- Just rip in to La Folie Douce every day - best place in the world

- 360 goes off on Mondays

- Rum Box if you like Rum

We were fortunate when we found out that every hot girl from Scandinavia was there when we were

Malaysia is great if you are in for a bender:

Love VT - would be back in a heartbeat

Go and make friends with the Danish guys in the park, they're fun to shred with. Then go to Skesko with them.

This is the key to having fun in valtho.

super nightlife, amazing skiing as well. great area overall. Some amzing stuff if you are ready for a lil hike as well!

i was in courchevel last year and probably meribel this year the DC park in Meribel is sick as well when they have all there features open and a pretty decent pipe. The Follie is insane in VT and they have built one in meribel as well this year as well as the Ronnie in meribel as some must visit places to get on it in the avo before heading back over to VT. VT will be cold as fuck end of Jan so wear everything you own. I know they had the big air comp there around that time last year as well but think it has been moved to Val d'isere this year not sure, have a look

Bit of a challenge for you - Hit this in VT on Glacier De Chaviere, see if you can beat it
