Tips for Fronts Back and 5's

I'll help you with the 5. Basically, set your spin a little harder, throw your arms a little harder and KEEP LOOKING. The only problem I had with 5s, is that I would stop looking.

basically for the 5, just throw a 3 and for the last 180, just dont move your head and keep your eye on the landing. So do the 3 and spot the last 180.
For the front, "throw the beachball". Stagger your feet, put your hands over your head, jump out and tuck. I also have trouble getting them around, but this stuff helps.
Cant help you with the backies much more then spot your landing and fully commit.
Good luck

Hey man not to be a dick, but.... there are hundreds of threads with tips and advice on how to do these tricks. But... I am a somewhat nice guy, so I'll give you a copy and paste of what I wrote in a thread on backflips...
"What this guy said. If you can do a gainer off a diving board (facing forward off the diving board, but backflip) then you have nothing to worry about when it comes to skis.
I am also from Wisconsin and the first backflip I ever tried I landed on my head because I was used to trampolines and floating them around and didn't account for all the weight of my boots and skis.
As you approach the jump get low and as you come off the lip pop and thrust your hips to the sky while at the same time throwing your arms up and back, arch your back and keep looking. Keep looking until you see the snow again, put your feet down and stomp it like a G.
Here is a video of me doing it...

i went from learning 3s to 5s to 7s in a day but on a 5 you should just keep rotating over 3 and it looks and feels easier if your legs are a little bent just not strait.

yea for backs you want to thrust your hips forward, keep your hands infront of you and look as far back as you can. it feels pretty natural once your are in the air and your body will naturally follow your head just make sure you have a big enough jump becuase im pretty sure you dont want this to happen. this btw was me the first time i tried one.

i agree if you are good at them, but for starting them i disagree. The reason i couldn't get 540's down at first is because i would keep spotting and it slowed down my rotation. I say when you first try them you should just look at the landing but keep on rotating and let your head move with your body, to keep your rotation going.

Fronts, throw the beach ball and then quickly grab under your knees with both hands and that'll keep you tucked and get them around

the thing that screwed me over when i started doing fronts was that i untucked too quickly and wouldn't land on my feet, but rather my back. Since fronts are hard to spot keep tucked until you see your landing. I staggered my stance when i first tried fronts but i ended up doing a misty 5 so yeaaaaaa, if you're doing them off rollers it helps tho

for front this is how they teach em at momentum water ramps. go super man and tuck into a ball after spoting landing, and bring your feet around

Ill teach u 5s next year dude. and for backs, pull ur knees up towards ur chest and keep ur head in. My cousins gym coach told me that, you spin way faster. and keep ur head in, dont just toss ur weight back like i usually do. lol

Frontflips: Kick your heels up when you come off the takeoff, shouldn't be tough after that.

Backs, just do it and pop. Thats all that needs to be said.

5s, instead of spotting at 3 keep your vision up and look back uphill.
