Tip'n'tail edge cracks

Hi ns, i have cracks on all 4 tip and tail edges, i was ridding them for few days and i dont know if it was there before skiing. Skis were brand new. Here is photo of tip edges.https://www.newschoolers.com/photo/753685.0/edge-crack?c=12&o=8

Haha forgot to ask, is everything ok with skis or should i do sth with it?

The skis are made like that, that's not an edge crack. When they make the ski they have the long straight edge that rungs along each side of the ski and then for the tips and tails they have another piece of shorter edge that is separate. I believe they do this because it's easier to bend and attach a smaller separate edge to the tips and tails then it is to try and bend one super long edge around the entire ski.

TL;DR: Completely normal, nothing to worry about.

That is your classic 4 piece edge right there. Easier to manufacture 4 pieces and fitting it together rather than a single long awkward piece.

Yeah but are those spaces between layers ok? Or should i send that skis back?

No they're fine. That's just the way Armada skis are made, my AR7's also look similar to that around the tips and tails. It's because the thickness in that area of the ski is to thin to wrap the top sheet around over the top.

Thats strange, i send email with picture of tips and i will wait till they answer and then i will let u know if its normal. Personally i dont think it should be like that.

man, its super common to be like that. my 4FRNTs have the same 4 piece edge layup

Your skis are fine. I work in a shop. You skis are fine. You're acting like all these peoe don't know what they're talking about when you are obviously clueless. Don't ask for help if you don't want to listen

stop and put the skis down. there fine, stop worrying about your skis. there going to get scratched and chunks taking out from your edges. if they feel good on the snow, then there good.
