Freeride1260 actually you can creat matter from nothing.

According to einstiens theory of relativity matter and energy are the same thing. What i mean is that matter (anything with mass) is energy waiting to happen and energy is mass that used to be . Its difficult to explain. The amount of energy locked up into mass is absolutly phenominal (spp?). To give you an idea and average sized human if completly converted to energy would release the same type of explosion as 30 of the largest nuclear devises we have.

(this conversion from mass to energy is what gives nuclear bombs there ferocity)

alpinecowboy i like you definition of religion, thats what i think too.

i agree with Alpincowboys description of religion as well. ive read this theory that the universe is in fact, expanding and contracting at the same time..i have no idea how that works tho. i agree that its all relative.

i don't think it would, time would still be meaningful as to how many days have gone by. If you use that death, you are saying there was a beginning and no end. if there was a beginning, I, according to your theory, would be, as well as you, immortal because i have not died.

it should read 'If birth didn't exist, time would be meaningless.'
