Time Lapses

I was just watching forward and noticed the large number of time lapses in it. I presume they are down by just leaving a camera rolling on a tripod for ages, but are they shot in 16mm or what. Because wouldnt that be really really expensive to shoot hours of 16mm film just for a couple of second long time lapse

Does he, o my bad, i just assumed he shoot in 16mm. But yea that makes sense because shooting them on 16mm would be hella expensive.

Well most 16 mm cameras have intervalometers, so you could set how much film is actually used.

a cool idea would setting up a digital camera and instead of taking a semi-decent time lapse with a digital camera. take a 8mb picture every 10 seconds that way you could capture a very high quality time lapse over 30 minutes. 6frames per minute it would capture at. so you good play it at a high rate of speed, it would look nice

Turtle: Look at you Mr. Beg for pussy on promnight.

Eric: Yea Turtle, I was begging my girlfriend, you were begging a 40 dollar hooker who declined your mother's credit card.-Entourage
