Is anyone else watching this dude get ready to walk a tightrope across Niagara Falls? ABC is broadcasting the event. This dude has bigger balls than me....that's for sure.

What do you guys think? Think he'll make it? Unfortunately/Fortunately (depending on how twisted you are), ABC is requiring him to wear a safety harness. He tried to fight it, but they've said that they'll cut the broadcast if he removes it. I don't know why in the fuck you'd even consider doing this without a safety harness. Yeah, extra gnar points for it, but you've gotta have a death wish to try something like that. About 40 minutes until he goes for it...

I think its fucking pointless with the harness, if he falls, he just gets caught, that's no fun. All this preparing for something that has no consequences at all? I'll end up watching it but it isn't the same with the harness.
 
Yeah, apparently he's not too stoked to be wearing the harness. "...the harness that he admittedly feels uncomfortable wearing." I think ABC is just covering their own asses in case something goes wrong.
 
i hope he doesnt cut the tether. rumor was that he might..

i would not want to watch somebody die on national television.
 
i'd motorboat those tig ol' bitties his wife is proudly displaying. she's obviously cold as hell, shivering, but is refusing to put a coat on.
