How does everyone feel about the thrusts this years and lasts?

This years have some wood in them so are meant to ski a bit nicer. They always skied decent if you ask me, they got a bit of a bad rep. Durability of all foam cores would have put me off buying the old ones for sure though. Flex wise, I'd have them as my park ski but wouldn't want to ski too much all mountain on them because I go pretty hard. This is based on older models though, I've not skied the 08 only flexed it in shop which isn't a great guide.
The one problem I have with the new one though is the cap. The edges stick out a long way to the sides compared to most cap skis - kind of looks like there's not a lot of support to the edge and if you landed hard on a rail on edge you'd bend something. Again, all speculation but I don't like the look of it.
