if anyone thought i was being literal, you interpretted it wrong. of course he can compete without poles. i was commenting more on no poles as a whole. Tom was just relevent to the thread and the most controversial no-poler out right now, so i targetted him. everyone is taking it way too personal, im just saying no poles is stupid as shit.
 
and that is why i said ski and let ski, let other people do what they want to do, if tom likes skiing without no poles than what is stopping him from doing it?

do you read other people's posts? matt explicitly said that everyone is taking it too personally, and he is just commenting on no poles as an idea. Nowhere in any of his posts, does he say that everyone that rides without poles should die
 
He's not taking it too personally, he simply has formed an opinion on something. You, along with other key contributors to this thread, have taken it too personally by treating his opinion as a jihad against your no poled beliefs. You don't ride without poles? great, I won't speak for matt, but I'm certainly not going to lose sleep over it. You may say it's steezier, and perhaps it is, but just take into consideration that despite how you may think this is the "new wave" for park skiing, there are always going to be people who disagree with you. In that situation, I would ask that you understand that some people like riding with poles, just like you don't like riding with them. This all relates back to taking it personally. People have opinions, respect them, don't reject them
 
first off, nowhere did i say that no poles was steezier or it looked cooler, all that I am saying is that if people don't like to use poles when they ski then that is all up to them. matt started it off by saying that tom should not be allowed to compete unless he uses poles, and i think that that is a ridiculous statement. i know that everyone has opinions and it's fine if matt thinks that not using poles takes away from style, but he has no right to tell tom, who rightfully earned a spot in battle my crew along with the 4bi9 crew, that he cant use poles.

i know that he was joking about not letting him compete, but he is still hating on tom just for riding without poles, and that is why i say, ski and let ski.. this is an endless argument so let's just agree to disagree
 
once again, too personal. Im hating on no poles in general, not tom. i have nothing against him, im sure hes a chill kid, im just using him as an example because hes in the spotlight and doesnt use poles.
 
Not to hate and not that we have good jump shots becaue we're tryin to save what we do have but peace coast only showed like 3 landings for jump shots. Rails between us we're pretty close. Curtis fuckin killed it, is he even part of peace coast?

you guys had a good video too...i liked the tight jeans. sadly, my jeans ripped earlier this year, that one urban down was their last appearance on film before their demise. rip, tight jeans. im gonna have to invest in some new ones.
 
you certainly did get robbed, those were some damn smooth spins onto rails and boxes, and the nosegrabs and such, so dank. Also, the fact that your video was served up with zero attitude, made it quite beautiful.
