Thoughts on Vans sneakers

Just got myself a fresh pair for $20, aztec striped. Some people think they're the greatest thing ever, but some people think they look stupid, personally I like them but I'm not crazy.

What do you guys think?

We always say that you'll get ten kickflips out of them, but they'll be the best ten kickflips you've ever done.

I personally like chukka lows or half cab pros to skate in. I have two pairs of accels though, so I'll be skating those for a while.

We all agree that vans durability is absolute trash.

But there is nothing worse looking than a brand new pair of vans. If they aren't broken in and have wear and tear then they look awful.

I get kickflip holes almost every time...

But that happens to every shoe.

I dragged a toe when I was longboarding once. That was kind of catastrophic... but nothing my Janoski's wouldn't have done.

I didn't do anything like that. I rode bmx in them for a week. Nothing super major either.
