Thoughts on using a camera stabilizer?

So I'm trying to shoot some shots this season with my Cannon 7D and want to get a camera stabilizer to get some moving shots while skiing. Any thoughts on using a steadycam stabilizer while skiing and any recommendations on some stabilizers

Glidecam 2000 pro/xr/hd is what you're looking for. All three are different, the pro and xr are similar and lower cost, the hd is high end and obviously more expensive.

You get what you pay for, there is a reason why glidecam products are expensive, because they are high quality.
