Thoughts on my new website??

I made a website mostly just for fun and for something to do.

A heads up I am not a profesional photographer nor am I trying to promote myself as one, I'm just out there trying to have fun.

I would love to hear some critiques/thoughts
 
Make it more original, all photographer sites look a lot alike these days. But a twist into yours that makes it YOU! you know what I mean?
 
website:

• the layout is really nice, very clean

• the fonts and writing size are great

• i don't like that fact that you can't see the top & bottom edges of the photos

• love the way that you can click to scroll through

the photos themselves:

• the 3rd picture on self portrait is pretty nice, i like it!

• the bokeh pic & the union pacific train are very enjoyable to look at
 
I don't mean to be rude but under 'Misc' (whatever that stands for), their is a picture of a train and you spelled 'Onion Pasific' rong.
 
layout is very clean, althoughyour title should be moreeye catching. maybe make it a little bigger? typically the site map is on the right. to me it seems weird to have it on the left. perhaps change the homepage so that it is different than the other sections. what did you make the website with?

I took some of you guys thoughts and changed some stuff up! Thanks for the input!

I know it's pretty generic and I would like to make it my own but it's pretty hard to do that while I'm still learning how to do this stuff haha, I'll work on it though!
 
Ohh alright, I was gonna say if you needed any programming help.. but your taking the lazy rout. I don't blame you.
