Thoughts on Moment PB&J's

I have a pair of 2011-2012 Moment PB&J's, and other than the (albeit few) random demo reviews and thirty second youtube reviews, I don't see a ton on these skis. Also any thoughts on mounting positions? I have some griffons set at -1 from recommended position.

Hey thanks! I read this somewhere a while back before I bought my skis and it basically sold me on these things. I'm also just curious if anyone is on newschoolers who skis PB&J's, anything like that.
