Thoughts on Blizzard Cochise? or any skis in similar category

Hey Im looking at getting a pair of the Blizzard Cochise's as a powder/all mountain ski. I dont plan on skiing rails with these skis I have another pair of junky skis to fool around on.

So Im just wondering if anyone has skied on the Cochise and what you thought of them. Also any suggestions for a great all mountain ski that can hold its own on hard pack but kill it in the powder is welcome!

Thanks in advance!

Slightly narrower option that kills it on hardpack and in powder is the Atomic Ritual. Full woodcore, titanium inlay, Step Down Sidewall (which is still a full length, continuous sidewall), camber underfoot with slight tip & tail rocker, 7000 series P-tex base, dual radius sidecut

174cm - 136.5 x 103 x 122.5, R18-17

182cm - 137.5 x 103 x 123.5, R19-18

190cm - 138.5 x 103 x 124.5, R20-19, 2.20kg per ski

Pretty sure Blister did a review on this as well.

The Cochise is pretty stiff, not jibby at all. You need to be on it all the time or it'll run away from you. Get in the backseat and it'll kick your ass. If you're a strong skier it's a solid option for charging around the mountain. Moment's Belafonte is kind of similar but with a normal amount of camber, or Katanas if you want full gradual rocker. I had my eye on the Cochise an an everyday ski but got a deal on Katanas so went for them instead.

The Ritual is way less ski. I didn't like it but it was too small for me so it work for you, but size up for sure. Also check out the Scout which is the Cochise without full metal layers - I'm trying to hunt this down for my new touring & steeps ski now.

Aright thank you. Yeah Im looking for a ski that can handle powder but also be fun to cruise around and have fun on groomers with a playful jib side to it. I am also looking at Line Opus and others in that area
