i found a great deal on some 08 166 thalls, to replace my thrashed 160 scratches. they would be used for only park. i ski rails more than jumps, and when i do jump the jumps arent crazy big. im 5ft 9, 130 pounds. i would mount them either center, or slightly back. im going a little shorter for better maneuverability on rails. i here they are soft with good pop, which is great. i need them to be light and durable though. is this the right ski for me? feel free to post and good or bad things about the ski as well.
sparknotes: are 08 thalls light and durable?

Go for it i have skied two seasons with them and really like them. They are not the lighter ski out there, but athey are not at all a heavy ski. on the durability, is the most durable armada ski i have owned (thall 06, 07 and ar6), i can still make another season with them, and i ski like 70 days a year, and only park with them (60% rails).
so imo they are a pretty good ski, i would go for a 176 tough. im 5'7' and im thinking of getting 182 alhpa 2
