Watching my best friend, still a racer, accidentally launch herself out of the bottom of the Winter Park pipe, all of the way across the deck, and get tangled in the rope. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.

 
Ummm, everything during the Ultimate Bumps and Jumps like CR throwing a Bio 12, t almost getting busted and almost ripping his arm off, DC and the 40-step (keep yall eyes peeled for dat shit). it was a good time

-snowmobiling and building a 'jump' at vail pass

-skiing winter park with a crew of the best jibbers i've ever skied with

-all of us pussing out on hitting vail pass and playing video games all day

-watching the x-games skiing superpipe from the side of the pipe

-making fun of chris and his gooberness

-skiing eldora's pipe at night

-riding copper with josh and jamin and then ending up seeing a whole bunch of people that we knew

-watching jamin eat it over and over again on the rollercoaster s rail

oh geez, too many to remember...

i couldn't pick a favorite memory more that i could pick a favorite star in the sky.

ah too many:

-meeting candide and philou at the x-games, and being able to chill with philou at the aspen rail jam

-4 foot pow day at jackson hole over spring break

-sneaking into the jib fest photoshoot

-dropping a 35ish ft. cliff in vasquez cirque to fresh untouched powdah

-seeing my snowboarding friend eat shit on a 32 stair down flat down

-sticking my first switch 3 and 5

and many moments that i cant remember...

-being lapped by seth morrison within 2 runs on my very first day of the season at loveland. he was just straight lining the whole bumped up run under the lift and my ass was so out of shape i had to stop all the time.

-the blizzard a month or so back was amazing times for 3 or so days.

-skiing cb with my old friend who is so fun and awesome.

-abasin the last 2 days. totally wasted and having a great time even though the weather was so shitty yesterday.

- Riding with the best crew ever, and spreading Nomics around to the uninitiated.

- Meeting some of the coolest people and the hottest girl I've ever known.

- Sticking the question mark rail at breck on film, then rubbing it in Jamin's face.

There were lot's more, luckily, they were all documented on film.

Josh likes his girl. Thats good cuz we all thought he was gonna go gay.

Riding with Seth Morrison in Vail was fun. He showed us some sick shit, and helped us out with our pow riding and cliff dropping.

I think the best part was when Henrik and I were riding together and i got nailed by some tourist. Henrik went up and bitched him out in sweedish, then told the ski patrol that the tourist hit me and threatened me.

Shit, also when Iberg let me use a pair of Armada skis. I found out they belonged to Boyd Easley. After I gave them back, Iberg gave them to Pep Fujas because he broke his PE's and didnt have an extra pair with him that day.

and lastly, when i got to smoke a massive blunt with pep, miekel, tanner, iberg, boyd, belan, larose and my buddy Dave Bird. It was at the X Games after Oakley swept the slopestyle podium. Then the Armada house got busted and we had to leave.

yea, it was a tough year.......

i have to say, i have had a lot of fun just riding with friends. I went by the melting vail mountain yesterday on my way to Boulder to pick up a buddy from college. I realized i would'nt be able to ski every day, or any day i wanted to next season because i'm going to skool in denver.

To all you kids that live near resorts, go there a lot because you will miss it when it's too far away. And to all of you that live far away, if you have a chance to go, go. If it's next season and ur going, call me. I'll go too.

^werd......i am from glenwood springs/aspen originally but the last four years in ft collins (2 1/2 hours from anywhere) have taught me that i was REALLY fucking lucky to have so many mountains in my backyard. cherish that shit while you can. i skied 25 days this year. when i was a kid, that was a bullshit ass slow season. Today 25 seems like a kick ass season. sad huh? spinks i'll go with you next year--maybe you can teach me how not to entirely suck ass in the park
