I need a snowcat or a snowmobile for extremely cheap (under $300) i want it to have reverse and i want to be able to register it(you have the papers on it) and preferably it will run.

If its under 300 bucks, its not going to run. I would check your local classifieds, its hard economic times usually thats the first shit to get sold by people. If you are willing to put in some work you can more than likely find a killer deal, but I don't think NS is going to be the best place to find a sled man.
 
not to be a jerk, but i highly doubt that you will find a sled for 300$ unless its a total piece. please bump this if you do though!
