Also, I wasn't involved, but I'm assuming Saga did not pay for a sticky (not a thing) and that NS staff did it as Saga is an advertiser and NS is happy to help Saga spread their message. We usually have a lot of stickies, so we try to keep them updated and not clogging the top of the page, this is why the new highlighted feature was added, which that thread is still highlighted.
