I saw this function on another forum: instead of hitting 'reply' there is a white box at the bottom of each thread to type and of course a post button (they call it 'quick reply' or something). So basically it takes one step out of the process, and you can still have the traditional 'reply' link. It really makes things simpler, Matt you should think about it.
