Things to do with injured wrist.

Ok everyone, i know there are possibly hundreds of these threads but cbf with shitty searchbar.

I have been out for about 3 weeks with a fractured Scaphoid (small bone in wrist) and i have just been told today that i wont be back for another 2 months and i have had to postpone my season in Whistler. I really want the time to pass quickly, which means i will need to be busy. Its my dominant hand so quite a lot of thing are out of the question.

I work as a ski instructor and have had to cut down my hours to only a couple of days a week for a few hours each day.

Anyone had a similar hand/wrist/arm injury? What did you do to keep yourself preoccupied?

P.S. I have been practicing fapping with lefty and that can only take up so much time in one day.

Thanks in advance y'all!

Throw a brace on the wrist and ski casually. It's what I did. It remained broken for about 8 months because it was fragile but it never really hurt and I could do all sports.

if doctors allow you to ski easily it can be pretty good practice at skiing under control. not many kids these days understand how hard it's to ski slowly and under control down a slope. practice making turns as symmetrical as possible. go slow and just enjoy each turn.

Yeah dude, thats what i'm thinking. Every little helps i suppose. Thanks for the help!

Anyone got anything outside of skiing?

a few weeks ago i snapped my thumb clean in half, doctor said I was out for 6 weeks. It was put in a cast, and I bought an XXL mitten and just went no poles skiing pretty much every day over christmas break. its really not a big deal as long as its protected, and you make an effort to not fall on that same wrist.
